Weekend

Well, another weekend is here. We all got up Saturday morning and went to play nine holes of golf. R was kind of fussy through it all, but he wasn't too much of a pest. M and I ended up with the same score. We don't usually do that! It was cloudy and cool. Started raining after we left the golf course and rained all afternoon. I love rainy days!

Been in kind of a rut lately. Come home, get something to eat, sit down and start watching all of our programs. (We have to tape off several during the week and catch up on them when we have a little time.) Play games on the computer while we're watching TV and then go to bed, get up in the morning and start all over.

Work has been busy. This coming week is a short week because we go to press on Friday, leave for Bloomfield on Monday (the 24th). Will be back on Thursday, it ends Wednesday night. Don't expect any big controversies, there usually aren't. The committee hasn't found anybody yet, they are looking through resumes again.

It's after midnight, guess I should go to bed and get some sleep. We had just turned the lights out and E came home. He packed up some stuff and took R to spend the night at S's. He said S wanted to go to the flea market. He doesn't have to work tomorrow.

Will try to get some laundry done tomorrow, maybe some ironing. Went to Dion's after golf this morning, then out to Sam's Club and got a few things. Gas there is about 20 cents cheaper than close to home. It cost almost $50 to fill up the van the other day at $2.69 a gallon. It's ridiculous! I hope it doesn't go up too much higher. We plan on using the fireplace and more throws this winter and not turn the heater up as high.

Well, I've rambled on enough, better go get some sleep. TTFN

I thought S Dad was at his house? D and his mother have been there the last few days. Maybe they left Saturday morning. They are suppose to be here late tonight. Michelle is really excited her Dad has been gone a long time. Take some time to play with R. He needs a mothers or a grandmothers love and attention.

E said they were leaving Saturday evening. E came home about 11 and got things together. S's girlfriend moved out, so maybe S is lonesome. E said S is looking at moving over to the west side, since he's working in Rio Rancho.

glad to see you blogging. I'm glad S and E are spending time together. Please tell E to file for divorce so he doesn't loose R.
    Hope R is talking more.
    M. was soooo glad to see her daddy.
Sitting up early. I sleep off the benadryl and the steroids kick in and I can not sleep.
